Did you know that more than 80% of the people that come see us have never done CrossFit before?
If you are new to CrossFit classes, you are not alone. By design, CrossFit incorporates a VERY wide range of movements, skills, and types of metabolic conditioning. We use weightlifting, dynamic bodyweight exercises and metabolic conditioning (like running, biking, rowing, etc.) to dramatically improve your total body fitness. Because CrossFit is so diverse, hardly anyone comes in being great at everything.
That’s why all new members start their CrossFit Willowbend journey by completing 3-4 one-on-one personal training sessions with an experienced coach. This way, you get private and personal coaching through each of the movements. Your coach can help you determine what weight is the appropriate starting point for each exercise and break down the movements at a pace best for you. We will walk you through how to scale and modify exercises should you have any physical limitation.
After your Onramp sessions, we look forward to seeing you in our group CrossFit classes. Each class is led by an experienced CrossFit instructor who is there to help you get the absolute best results possible.
