Our Classes

Choose your new fitness path in one of our exhilarating classes. We’ve got something for every athlete from age 6 to 60 and beyond. See something you want to try, but worried it might be "too tough?" No worries. We’ll scale every exercise to your ability. As your skills improve, so will the intensity of your workouts.

  • On Ramp

    People new to CrossFit will complete 3-5 individual sessions with a dedicated coach to walk you step by step through the wide array of weightlifting and dynamic movements that make up a CrossFit workout. You will learn proper technique, tips for improving strength & flexibility as well as instruction on how to best tailor workouts for your abilities. Your coach will remain available to assist as you continue to improve and develop. After completing the fundamentals, we help you transition to the group classes.

  • CrossFit

    CrossFit is a fitness regimen built around constantly varied functional movements to be performed at high intensity. Our goal is for our members to experience a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity to help them achieve dramatic gains in fitness. Through the use of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting, and throwing, CrossFit Willowbend designs daily workouts to challenge and inspire athletes, as well as keep athletes interested in long-term fitness progress supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. By focusing on a broad range of fitness, our members can be prepared for any physical contingency.

  • Mobility

    Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our mobility classes. This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.

  • FitKids

    Who says adults get to have all the fun? FitKids teaches children ages 3-15 the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. FitKids provides children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little athlete will do better on the field and in the classroom.

  • Bootcamp

    Not sure if you’re ready for CrossFit? Come join our weekly Bootcamp classes where our trainers lead you as a group through interval training that will get your heart rate up and body moving. Bootcamp classes use mostly bodyweight exercises with some light weight lifting, usually never over 15# to help develop strength and endurance. Bootcamp is also a great Intro to CrossFit classes.
